We will tell you before prices change. One subscription covers everything described on this site; the optional AI coach has a fair daily limit.

On this website, with no account. Enter a recent race time and the page works out your paces, predicted times and a sample week on your own device. Nothing is saved, nothing starts, nothing is charged.
Your real plan, in the app
It starts when you build your full plan in the app: every week up to race day, adaptation, Garmin and recovery. You see the price and the date your free month ends before it begins.
How the free month works
1. Before it starts
You see the price, the date your free month ends and the date of the first payment, and you confirm. Runergy Lab never asks for card details on this website.
2. During the month
Use everything. Build and adjust your plan, send workouts to Garmin, log runs. Nothing is held back.
3. Before it ends
We remind you before your free month ends. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing.
4. After it ends
Your subscription starts, monthly or yearly as you chose, and renews until you cancel. We tell you before any price change.
Questions people ask
Will I be charged without warning?
No. You see the price and dates before the free month starts, and we remind you before it ends. Nothing is charged until the free month is over.
How do I cancel?
Any time, from the subscription screen in the app, or by emailing hello@runergylab.com and we will do it for you. Cancel before the free month ends and you pay nothing. Cancel later and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, you can also cancel there.
Does it renew automatically?
Yes, monthly or yearly depending on your plan, until you cancel. We remind you before the free month ends, and we tell you before any price change.
What happens to my plan if I cancel?
Your training data stays on your device. You can export it from Settings, and your plans and logs are yours to keep.
Can I get a refund?
Write to us at hello@runergylab.com and we will look at it fairly. Your rights under consumer law, and the rules of the App Store or Google Play if you subscribed there, still apply.
