Your plan, on your wrist.
Connect Garmin Connect with Garmin's own sign-in and Runergy Lab sends your planned workouts, with the paces and rests you set, to your calendar and your watch.
Send it once, train anywhere
- Runs, bike rides, swims and strength sessions
- Target paces, repeats and recoveries built into each workout
- Send a day, a week or the whole plan
- Change a session in Runergy Lab and send it again
How to connect
- Open Runergy Lab and go to the Garmin page.
- Choose Connect, and sign in on Garmin's own page. Runergy Lab never sees your Garmin password.
- Agree to what is shared, then choose which workouts to send.
- They appear in your Garmin Connect calendar and sync to your watch.
What is shared, and what is not
What we send to Garmin
Only the workouts you ask to send: the name, a short description, the planned steps (distances, times, target paces, repeats, recoveries) and the day they are scheduled.
What we keep
Garmin's access tokens for your connection, stored encrypted, and Garmin's anonymous identifier for you, so a disconnect can be honoured. The workouts themselves are not stored by us.
What we do not do
Runergy Lab does not sell your Garmin data, use it for advertising, or use it to train, test or improve any AI model.
Disconnecting
Press Disconnect in Runergy Lab, or remove Runergy Lab in your Garmin Connect account settings. Either way the connection ends and the tokens are deleted. Workouts already in Garmin Connect stay until you delete them.
Runergy Lab may be able to bring finished activities and recovery data back from Garmin in the future, only with your separate permission and only after the privacy policy is updated. Read the privacy policy.
